For our Client, international company located in Wrocław, we are currently looking forProduct Owner (Service Management Platform).
Your new role
Holding this position, you will engage key stakeholders from all IT units to create User Stories, prioritise the platform's development backlog, communicate the platform roadmap, engage the platform's users on adoption and optimisation. You will manage a 5/6 person team, practising Agile, who will develop and operate the platform. You will building strong relationships with stakeholders within technology and development teams and perform requirements gathering, business analysis, technical specifications and solution design for ServiceNow enhancement projects. Moreover, you will facilitating the agile processes wherever required and working with stakeholders to prioritise stories to maximise business value created by the development teams for your product and the development teams using your product. Also, you will responsible for product backlog management, including defining user stories and prioritisation.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful Candidate for the position, you must have 2 to 3 years with an IT leadership role with similar breadth and responsibilities with a Global enterprise. You must have 2 to 3 years of relevant, IT experience with a focus on IT Service Management and at least 3 years of exposure to and understanding of ServiceNow or other ITSM tool. You should have ability to understand existing business processes and lead efforts to re-engineer processes and 2 to 3 years' expertise in Agile methods such as SCRUM and Kanban and leading an Agile development team. Knowledge of following processes would be essential: strong knowledge of ServiceNow or other ITMS tool, strong knowledge of IT Service Management operating models for infrastructure (ITIL) and strong knowledge of server migration strategies and execution best practices. Also, you need to have leadership skills and excellent communication skills. Due to work in international environment you need to hold fluent English language skills.
