In order to support our continuous growth we are currently looking for a Product Management Specialist.
Your areas of responsibility include:
• Acting as main contact and coordination of on-boarding / change of mandates in the Portfolio Management product area in consultation with the client service areas, the portfolio management units, Legal and Compliance as well as the Product Solutions team;
• Complete broker set up in due time and execution of broker due diligence;
• Ensuring internal technical/operational set up of portfolios;
• Responsible for supporting the Due Diligence from external KVG´s / internally within Universal-Investment;
• Coordination and performing of contract negotiations with external KVG´s / internally within Universal-Investment;
• Coordination and creation/modification of supplemental agreements and investment guidelines;
• Continual improvement of relevant processes.
What you offer:
• Apprenticeship as a bank clerk or a comparable commercial apprenticeship. Legal training or studies are desirable;
• Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned area, preferably in a capital management company and/or custodian;
• Distinctive service, solution & customer orientation;
• A pronounced sense of responsibility, high reliability and independence;
• Quick comprehension, good negotiating skills and a proactive approach to work;
• Very good English & German language skills required
