Product Engineer is authorised to take initiatives and actions which are oriented for quality assurance and smooth product flow in production site as well as secure increase of safety conditions.
Description
Technology:
· Secure product quality according to defined levels
· Cost optimization in value chain (main focus on FHP site and suppliers that's delivers to the factory)
· Develop, improve and optimise processes & FTT (quality, production, supply chain, etc.)
· Implement, maintain, supervise and secure: SOPs, instructions, routines and procedures related to quality and technology
· Implement new products and products modification internally and at the suppliers
· Cooperate with suppliers in scope of quality and technology improvements
Quality:
· Secure factory is living up to demands in FH Quality system based on ISO 9001 and 14001
· Initiate and lead FMEA analysis (Failure mode and effects analysis)
· Carry out quality and technology audits
· Implement, maintain and supervise quality instructions for: raw materials, finish goods and production processes
· Secure the quality and technology documentation is up to date
· Initiate and lead quality trainings for blue and white collars staff
· Claims handling, which includes to initiate corrective actions, securing PPT rate stays as defined in FHs strategy
· Support development of suppliers in scope of quality
Profile
- Engineer degree: wood industry or furniture industry is a plus
- IT skills: MS Office, 3D drawing in AutoCAD or Inventor or similar software
- Quality management knowledge
- Production processes knowledge
- Cost definition understanding
- Lean culture knowledge and experience
- Polish, English - spoken and written
