For our Client – global producer of high quality mechanical solutions dedicated to industrial clients– we are looking for Product Business Development Manager/Specialist who will be a Member of international team. The company specialised in producing sealing technologies used in chemical, petrochemical, energy, water treatment, mining, paper, food, beverages and another industries.
Your new role
You will serve as the technical support the customer and sales persons in another countries to launch new initiative via identify, research, and develop future business opportunities. On daily basis PBDM will independently drive Business Development projects, to support global strategy as well as conduct research and analyze data e.g., Markets, trends, competitors, new projects that was a success in another countries, coordinate lead qualification. Moreover the person will develop new digital solutions to support future business growth. You will initiate and coordinate initiative improving company’s position on the market (especially CEE region).
What you'll need to succeed
We are searching for Candidates with a professional experience in technical industries (mechanical, engineering, automation, mechatronics and similar), including business development, product management, sales and/or marketing projects. Experience in sales and/or cooperation with industrial clients as well as fluent English and Polish will be necessary. We are looking for person with strong communication skills as well as excellent negotiation and account management skills together with distinct networking competencies and ready to travel around the world (about 15 – 20 days per year).
