We are looking for a co-worker for our client, a leader in the production industry. This role is ideal for candidates with production experience and technical skills.
Product & Project ManagerMiejsce pracy: Jasło
Major responsibilities:
Product & Service project management
- Define key objectives for the projects (Product/ service positioning, value to customer, financial ambitions, go-to-market) in line with customers and consumers’ needs
- Validate project timeline and set-up multidisciplinary team
- Manage the entire product/service development process to ensure launch on-time in-full
- Lead business case estimation to ensure financial targets will be met
- Together with the communication team, define product/ service positioning
- Train internal customers (sales networks) ahead of the product launch
Category Strategy and product management
- Support the category strategy and product roadmap
- Be the product point of contact for EMEA
- Be the owner for masterdata related to the product category
Profile & experience:
- Top Engineering and/or Business school
- Minimum 3-5 year-experience in Product Management and/or Project Management
- Minimum 3-5 year-experience working closely with plant(s)
- Experience in the building industry would be a plus
- You have excellent project management skills, allowing you to mobilize multi-disciplinary stakeholders to meet project objectives
- You are very versatile and are eager to deal with wide variety of topics (finance, marketing/communication, manufacturing & supply chain, R&D)
- You have the ability to think strategically as well as going into the details
- You like to work in an international environment and matrix organization
- You are eager to take up R&D, industrial and commercial challenges in order to meet customer demands within budget and timing constraints – you like to deep dive in and understand technical topics
- You are fluent in English.
