Procurement Sustainability Manager
The role of the Procurement Sustainability Manager is to create transparency on and analyse the supplier's CO2 footprint.

Distribution company acting on field of an aftermarket parts. Company is well known in the Europe.
Description
- Collecting and validating data to support environmental and social reporting schemes, in line with Company's
- sustainability strategy
- Establishing relationships with Company's major suppliers and developing a plan to be able to isolate
- Company specific Scope 3 emissions
- Conducting data analyses as needed, to further the insights into specific opportunities or challenging areas within Company's carbon footprint and carbon reduction strategy
- Supporting the collection of cross-functional action plans related to carbon reduction, in collaboration with the sustainability team
- Supporting procurement and cross-functional teams in conducting 'carbon impact assessments' on key projects
- Coordinating workshops in collaboration with the sustainability team, working alongside key stakeholders on topics such as carbon reduction and supplier diversity
- Working with the Head of Product Excellence and Procurement Directors to create Company's sustainable
- procurement program
- Coordinating day-to-day activities required by Company's responsible sustainable procurement program, including tracking status and managing buyer and supplier communications
- Owning the procurement's quarterly reporting to the CEO and corporate sustainability team
- Developing presentations and materials to communicate updates on programs and results with Company's
- communications department.
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sustainability, or a related field with a focus on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), social and environmental metrics and reporting, or similar
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in automotive aftermarket is desired
- Strong understanding of procurement
- Familiarity with Greenhouse Gas (GHG)
- Protocol and environmental reporting and disclosures
- (e.g. CDP, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), etc.)
- Exposure to sustainability/CSR topics such as human rights, ethical sourcing, and supplier diversity
- Experience analyzing data and forming insights and action
