Our client, a leading international company based in Warsaw is currently looking for a talented Procurement Specialists, to help build a World Class Procurement function, delivering an excellent, professional sourcing and procurement service to Countries worldwide for designated goods and services.
As Procurement Specialist you will work closely with Senior Management and will be able to see the bigger picture of the impact procurement has on the success of the wider business. You will be responsible for overseeing end to end procurement projects. Your daily responsibilities can include: analysis preparation, sourcing, negotiation supplier contracts, participating in developing, implementing and communicating the Procurement strategy and managing the expectations of stakeholders as well as supplier management or setting up of new contracts and frameworks. You will cooperate closely with stakeholders worldwide and with the wider Procurement Team in activities surrounding various direct and indirect categories.
With a high-performing team already in place there is scope to shape the job profile to suit candidate expertise so exact category experience is not essential. The role will suit a candidate looking to develop their experience further or indeed an up & coming procurement professional with some initial, tangible exposure to procurement who is looking to develop a long-term career path. With experience in reviewing & negotiating, commercial terms and conditions you will have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills and a demonstrable ambition to develop a long-term career path in procurement. Fluency in English is a must.
