Currently we are looking for Procurement Specialist with German for one of our clients - globally leading speciality chemicals company. If you want to cooperate with business as a specialist in an international environment and use foreign languages daily do not hesitate to apply!
Your new role
• Perform the daily transactional activities related to procurement processes
• Conduct timely communication upon the inquiries from internal/external customers/concerned groups
• Follow the up-to-date operational procedures, adherence to the standardised process landscape
• Participate in the implementation of quality / continuous improvement projects (Lean Event)
• Operational compliance on all regulatory, internal/external guidelines and support on audit activities
• Ensure all the up-to-date operational procedures are maintained, documented and executed
What you'll need to succeed
• University degree in Business Administration or Economics Sciences- nice to have
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the business areas
• Proven knowledge in international shipping/forwarding/trade
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Excel, Word, Outlook – working competency
• Project Management experience - will be an advantage
• Ability to make autonomy decision, work under pressure, solve problems
• Highly developed interpersonal skills: being communicative and team-oriented person
• Strong motivation to work in a complex organization focused on result and achievement
• Customer centricity to identifying and understanding customer needs
• Language Skills:
English B1 level required
German B2 level required
