Procurement Specialist with German - New SSC!
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage delivering centralised indirect purchasing services in accordance with the organisation's strategic direction. As a future employee, you will have a chance to create a team from scratch in a newly created SSC in Warsaw.

Our client is a new SSC company that is providing printing solutions for many global brands. The company is known for its open and supportive culture. Currently they are seeking to recruit Purchasing Specialist / Order Management Specialist with German.
Description
- Executes selected operative procurement processes and provides support to Centre of
- Excellence Procurement especially in the area of Purchase-to-Pay processes
- Performs cost analyses, negotiates and obtains offers in accordance with specified guidelines
and procedures - Manages communication and communicates with internal and external clients
- Acts within the compliance requirements of purchasing processes
- Understand and meet the defined SLA including the respective KPIs
- Actively seeks for E2E process optimisation and consults with SSC Group Leader Indirect
Purchasing - Ensures adherence to defined SSC procurement procedures
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Procurement or similar
- A previous experience as a Purchasing Specialist will be a strong asset
- Fluent German and English is a must
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience in communication with customers and suppliers
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural context with
different stakeholders - Previous Experience on SAP system will be a plus
