Procurement Specialist - Buyer
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
The main focus in this role will be on sourcing, leading tenders and managing contracts with suppliers with purpose to maximize value for dedicated categories.
The person in this position will be responsible for:
- Setting and executing end to end sourcing activities;
- Conducting tenders and negotiations for category:
- HR (ie. trainings, events, hotels),
- Marketing (ie. marketing agencies, social media, printed materials, merchandising),
- Office: (ie. courier services, archiving’s of documents),
- Outsourcing: tenders according with customer demand.
- Continually reviewing existing contracts and benchmarking prices to ensure best value is constantly obtained;
- Negotiations directly with vendors;
- Identifying areas of potential cost optimisation and analysis the impact of pricing changes for goods and services for internal and external projects;
- Direct contact with local suppliers; vendors evaluation; building relationship with suppliers and coordinating their performance;
- Monitoring deliveries;
- Cooperation with management team, internal and external clients;
- Implementation of completed procurement orders and agreements for approval.
Requirements:
- Good command of English;
- Minimum 3 years of experience with commercial transactions or negotiation;
- Ability to make decisions and execute with support of your Supervisor;
- Proven track record of delivering results;
- Well organised and able to manage competing priorities without a lot of direction and support from the line;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently;
- Very good commercial sense and understanding of procurement.
