Procurement / Purchasing Specialist with German or French
Miejsce pracy: Łódź
Responsibilities:
• check the completeness of purchase requisitions in PuRe
• inform the applicant when information in PuRe is missing / incomplete (e.g. second offer is missing)
• Guidelines: work instructions and existing framework contracts with suppliers
• Check and, if necessary, correction/completion of the Requisitions
• Check points of demand requirement (BANF):
- verify payment conditions
- verify the account assignment in the PO
- verify PO position (quantity, price)
- verify the level of reminder
- check the appropriate header text and order text
- SAP release strategy: verify the type of message
- enter text of YAW1 value
• Create and edit orders within a maximum of three working days from requisition entrance
• Clarification of price variances via SAP workflows
• Enter order confirmations in SAP
• In case of missing GR bookings: email to goods receipt
Requirements:
• Keen learner with good German (min. B2) and basic English language
• Intermediate knowledge of MSOffice
• Excellent organizational skills
• Analytical Skills
• Ability to work methodically and efficiently.
• Process-driven approach to work.
• Deliver to tight deadlines.
• Ideally having a desire to pursue an accounting qualification to progress their career.
• Ability to learn quickly, and desire to develop.
