Currently, we are looking for two Procurement Operations Specialists, who would be based in a team in Warsaw to ensure proper procurement processes by using the specialist tools to record procurement transactions.
Procurement Operations Specialist will be responsible for entering data into SAP system based on request from organization, but also sending and completing small orders to suppliers. Moreover, this role contains Investigating in case of differences between orders and invoices. The Procurement Specialist will be answering questions regarding orders or invoices from own organization and/or suppliers. The employee will provide operational purchase support to ensure the best quality of P2P process.
The perfect Candidate has a knowledge of SAP system and also can speak English/ German fluently. Good understanding of procurement processes will be asset.
