For our Client an automotive supplier specialising in the manufacture of systems and components for the automotive industry we are currently looking for Candidate who is interested inContinuous Improvement Specialist position on P2P/Procure to Pay/ Purchase to Pay/PTP process.
Scope of responsibilities will include: collect data to produce accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports efficiently and by leveraging technology and automation for global customers, analyze reports by looking at ratios, trends, cash flows, and fluctuations in the income statements and balance sheets, support implementation of the new systems around the globe, recommend necessary revision to company policies and procedures related to the GBS processes to ensure sustainability of identified and implemented improvements, create and maintain SharePoint site for project to ensure transparency and up-to-date communication, assess financial projections and business plans of the organization. On this position you will cooperate closely with global purchasing, shared services, IT, and suppliers.
The ideal Candidate should have an educational background in Finance or IT area and 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in Accounting Department (AP/AR) or in Procurement. Proficient level of English language is essential as well as very good knowledge of Excel, Share Point and SAP.
