For our Client, an international IT Services company located in Katowice we are looking for a person interested in the role of Process Owner - Change & Service Request.

Your new role
The Change and Service Request Process Owner is accountable to define, document, implement and execute standard ITIL aligned Change and Service Request Management processes ensuring OLA (SLA) are met and cost of non-standard processes / customization is minimized. Change and Service Request Process Owner is responsible for proposing proactively automations as part of improvement initiative within whole support process and organization.

Responsibilities:
- Change / Service Request Process owner
- Process documentation owner
- Process improvement owner - including tool specific solutions (ServiceNow)
- Automation improvement owner – technology and process
- Business Services Ownership
- Assess and improve maturity level of ITSM processes
- Create and maintain a roadmap for IT Change and Service Request Management
- Coordinate Change Management Process across all involved IT departments
- Assess adherence to ITIL processes globally
- Define counter measures in case of noncompliance

What you'll need to succeed
- 6+ years of professional experience in IT Support
- Working knowledge of ITIL Service Operations / Change Management
- Fluent English
- University Degree
- ITIL Intermediate/ITIL Expert proven by certificate
- ITIL Change Management experience
- Project Management experience
- Experienced ITIL professional
- Basis business process expertise
- Extensive experience in Service NOW
- Firsthand knowledge of ITIL Service Operations processes change management and service request management
- Working knowledge of ITIL, and problem solving techniques, documented by adequate work experience

Beneficial, but no essential:
- ITIL Service Management expert
- Various business processes (ITIL) knowledge
- Leader and driver attitude
- Reporting skills (excel), data analysis skills – previous experience in data driven / data oriented organizations
- Ability to work cross departments in matrix organization with no direct people management responsibilities
