Welcome to the Cash Management Investigations Sweden team. We add value by enabling customers to use the payments Nordea offers. As the Process Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in operating and enabling Nordea’s customers to use our services with main focus on cross border payments.
What you’ll be doing:
- Resolving Investigations cases related to Cross border payments area
- Ensuring sustainability of the processes and delivering with respect to agreed service level
- Producing changes to improve performance in terms of tasks performed (LEAN methodology)
- Cooperating with stakeholders and retained teams situated in Sweden
- Creating, developing and updating documentation and procedures
You’ll join a team consisting of vigorous, young, but experienced people who are eager to cooperate.
The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:
- Graduated at least secondary school
- Good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
