Process Manufacturing Engineer

Client Details
Our Client is a Western, newly established Automotive manufacturing plant with over 300 employees.
Description
- responsibility for textiles mixing manufacturing line as the only Process Engineer dedicated to this field
- close cooperation with the central R&D department in implementing new PVC technological solutions
- planning and conducting experiments (DOE)
- implementation of activities optimizing the technological process
- ensuring proper planning and implementation of activities necessary for trouble-free production, coordinating the work of suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring and controlling results
- data analysis
- proposed corrective actions and supervision over their implementation
- project management
- review and management of technological documentation (BOM)
- creating project and executive documentation
- cooperation with the quality department to validate new requirements
Profile
- technical educational background (preferred faculty: chemistry, textiles/fibres area)
- min. 5 years of professional experience in process engineering (Automotive industry highly preferred)
- very good level of English (min. B2)
- experience in the range of creating plant layouts
- knowledge of following areas & tools: PLM, FMEA, 8D, APQP, MSA, PPAP
- knowledge of the physico-chemical properties of natural fibers
- knowledge of problem solving tools (%Why, Ishikawa, A3)
- proactive approach, good cooperation with other team members, engagement
