Description
- business analysis for IT and non-IT projects
- translate business ideas into high quality IT requirement descriptions, according to agreed methodology; ensure alignment with process and product owners in terms of feasibility, priority and scope
- act as a first point of contact for new IT requirements, proactively challenge ideas of process and product owners and advise them to achieve maximum business value out of investment (sparring partner for managers)
- prepare documentation according to project methodology (e. g. user stories with acceptance criteria, to-be processes)
- ensure cross-departmental alignment of business requirements
- cooperate with internal and external IT counter partners in the IT development cycle
- support process owners in constantly enhancing service excellence of their respective areas
- perform operational KPI's reporting process
- prepare and maintain process maps according to given standard (Symbio)
- develop new tools and methods, implement best practices in own area of responsibility
Profile
- university Degree in Business Administration/Economics, Information Technology or Industrial Engineering (or comparable)
- 5-6 years of working experience in finance companies (preferably leasing) and/or in consulting / audit companies focused on financial services industry
- experience in business analysis for IT projects, including user stories creation (Agile Software Development) and process mapping
- experience in project management, including IT projects will be an asset (preferable: projects in a multi-cultural, cross-functional setting)
- knowledge of IT area and experience in cooperation with IT providers
- working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence (or comparable) will be an asset
- strong analytical skills and process orientation
- energetic, goal oriented and proactive personality
- knowledge of LEO system would be an asset
