Project scope:
- Ensure that processes and procedures are formalised, followed and improved as necessary to meet One Delivery needs of efficiency and various demands
- Standardization of the processes and procedures of standard implementations (simple products activation) covering the following activities:
- Identify and collect the existing processes and procedures
- Formalize the new process/procedure templates and repository
- Coordinate the definition of the new common processes and procedures, identify and confirm the market specificities
- Identify and measure key performance indicators to evaluate process effectiveness and efficiency
- Identify and support process improvement opportunities
- Monitor the adoption of the new processes and procedures, identify the blocking points and propose solutions
- Recommend process, product and/or service improvements based on understanding and anticipation of internal and external business challenges
- Autonomously solve unique and complex problems that have broad impact in the business
Competence demands:
- Experience in Business Process Modeling
- Skilled in VB for Excel, Microsoft Office, Windows environment
- Fluent English, Spanish is a plus
- Analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
