For our Client, international organisation we are looking for Process Improvement Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Head of Corporate Process Management in global mapping and modelling of performance processes in collaboration with the business process owners: Demand Generation, Lead to Offer, Lead to Order, Service Delivery, Order to Cash, After Sales
- Conducting analysis of the current status of the performance processes in coordination with the process participants
- Measuring and evaluating process performance indicators (PPI), such as process complexity, process maturity, interface intensity, degree of value added and lead times
- Planning and executing training of process participants, as well as moderation of process improvement workshops
- Deriving optimization measures in collaboration with the business process participants
- Closely aligning and cooperation with the Corporate Fault & Risk Management
- Support in planning and execution of process and risk audits
- Active participation in the development of target performance processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Process Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination
- Minimum 3 years of experience in working in multicultural environment
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- Upper intermediate level of English and German (both verbal and written) – min. B2
- Experience with identification and implementation of process improvement measures
- Ability to use methodological expertise and good problem solving skills
- Analytical and strategic skills
- Team orientation and effective communication skills
- Readiness for business trips throughout the country, as well as abroad (up to 25% of working time)
