THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
You will be working for one of the larger confectionery companies in the Netherlands. You will be working in a international company with the focus on process optimization through best practices.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a process engineer you will be having a global responsibility and you will be the bridge between different stakeholders.You are going to provide process support to the plants and support CAPEX projects. Lead process design studies to confirm existing and future capabilities and lead the energy thrust and co-ordinate energy management & efficiency improvements across the sites.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Knows requirements and ensures that they are followed regarding hygiene, fire, safety, security, health and the environment within the working area.
- Reduction in energy consumption
- Identify and capture of process and process control best practice
- Contribution to the plants via troubleshooting support
- Transfer of the process knowledge to the site team
- Setup of process description to generate improvement ideas
- Efficient delivery of cross functional projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Education within i.e. chemical/process engineering. Education or level of experience at Master level/Bachelor level.
- 5 years experience from the process / food industry is preferred.
- (international) Project management experience
- GMP knowledge and Hygienic Design Knowledge
