The Skawina site is the world's largest Valeo Group plant specializing in automotive heat exchangers. Currently, the largest R&D center in Poland employs nearly 200 qualified Engineers involved in projects for many countries around the world.

Process Engineer in Project Team
Location: SkawinaRef. Nb.: THS/PPTM
Responsibilities:
- Ensure process readiness prior to the Full Production Day and Start of Production (SOP);
- Check the manufacturability of the product (participates in Make or Buy Analysis, defines the target cost);
- Analyze production feasibility (new technology/product on existing lines), prepares drafts of process line lay-out;
- Define process and production means (with support of Machine&Tooling Engineer);
- Define the packaging of new products;
- Create and lead Process FMEA;
- Participate to design reviews and design FMEA;
- Follow the process improvement and the SOP;
- Define routing, standard time, work instructions.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree in a technical field (Mechanics, Mechatronics, Automation or similar);
- At least 3 years of experience on a similar position;
- Experience in automotive industry will be an asset;
- Fluent English;
- Knowledge of Autocad;
- Teamwork spirit, multitasking ability, result orientation and accuracy with precision is a must.
