The site in Chrzanów manufactures rear and front lamps for passenger cars. The plant has a fully equipped measurement laboratory with a unique photometric testing tunnel. This site cooperates with Valeo Research and Development Centers across Europe working on new projects.

Process Engineer in Project Team
Location: ChrzanówNr Ref.: PPTM/VLS
Mission:
As a process member of project team you are responsible for industrialization of new projects, ensuring process readiness at SOP and successful project launch.
Responsibilities:
- To cooperate with development sites in terms of process definition and manufacturability of products;
- To perform process FMEA, cycle time analysis and capacity analysis;
- To define specification for all process equipments;
- To manage suppliers in terms of process equipment;
- To implement and validate process equipment;
- To ensure readiness of the process for SOP;
- To prepare and perform FDPR (internal and with customer);
- To capitalise experience and to enrich the lessons learnt database.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in engineering;
- Min. 3 years of experience in process area in automotive industry, preferably in projects;
- Fluent English;
- Teamwork spirit, ability to cope with stress, customer orientation.
