For our client we are looking for Process Digitalization Change Leader.
Location: 100 % remote
Type of contract: contract b2b via Hays
Salary: 100 – 130 pln net / h
Recruitment process: 1 or 2 interviews
Tasks:
• play a leading role in developing workflow/case management applications in your capacity as a Product Owner or Scrum Master
• lead, support and develop a team of business analysts / business process modelers
• prepare leaner processes for digitalization
• engage and collaborate with business SMEs to understand their requirements and translate them into user stories (adhering to Agile Scrum principles)
• design and model business processes using a “drag and drop” user-interface in our low-code digital transformation platform
• think creatively and innovatively to develop applications that unify people, processes and technologiesBM
• collaborate with IT developers for code-based customizations and integrations
• live the Agile Scrum framework, playing the role of Scrum Master or Development Team member
Expectations:
• extensive Agile Scrum experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master (ideally certified)
• extensive business analysis and requirements engineering experience
• extensive experience designing business processes using BPMN 2.0 and/or CMMN
• experience of low-code development in enterprise business process management and adaptive case management platform
• energized by working in a challenging and fast-paced environment, alongside other highly-motivated, collaborative and dedicated teammates
• customer-orientated, results-driven, ‘can-do’ attitude with a flair for precision and quality
• solid understanding of information technology (programming knowledge, especially with Java and/or JavaScript, is a plus)
• minimum 5 years experience in industry or management consulting
• experience as a line manager / team leader
• engineering, computer science or other relevant Bachelor’s degree
• excellent communications skills in English (German is a plus)
