Your new company
Our client is an international pharmaceutical company, located in Poznan.

Your new role
The responsibilities for the role include some of the following:
• Managing the team of 8 Developers.
• Utilise DevOps best practice and tooling to create a highly effective and agile team.
• Work closely with Architects, product leads and business stakeholders.
• Use your product knowledge of market leading Saas Platforms covering Google Marketing Stack, Gigya IDAM, Marketing Automation, Personify, Apigee/REST API’s, AEM CMS and underlying Data Technologies (with a focus on Azure services).
• Contribute to sprint retrospectives and ensure continuous improvement and optimisation across people, processes, tools and technology.
• Running a DevOps team to support and enhance the overall capabilities and features.
• Developing integrations and feature enhancements to our solution offerings in line with the needs.
• Covering access management and configuration of a suite of Saas products including our Google Stack, Social Media accounts and associated other 3rd party solutions.

What you'll need to succeed
• 8 years+ experience as a Developer or Technical Lead
• A development background in a multi-paradigm language (ideally C#)
• Good understanding of modern architecture principles (e.g. SOA, microservices, etc.)
• Experience of DevOps toolset (e.g. GitHub, Jenkins and/or Jetbrains, Azure Pipelines, Sonar Qube and BlackDuck)
• Product knowledge of market leading SaaS Platforms including Identity and Access Management (e.g. Gigya, Personify, Apigee)
• Preferred experience as Product Owner in a Scrum team
• Fluent English

Nice to have:
• Marketing Automation, AEM CMS and underlying Data Technologies (with a focus on Azure services)
