We are searching for the best candidates for the position of:

Pricing Specialist

Location: Łodź or remote work

We are looking for 2 pro-active Pricing Specialist (with English and English&Italian) who will be responsible for implementation of the pricing policy and daily operations like price negotiations with Product Management and Sales Team. Pricing Specialist will provide support to CRC - to help them in turn be responsive to the customer queries and price disputes. SAP Price/Customer structure maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• SPA (special process approval) evaluation, optimisation, and approval (within DOA – delegation of authority) working with Sales, PM to maximize volume and margin
• Active support to Customer Service Team related to price blocks, price disputes and other price queries
• Price database maintenance (SAP Price/Customer)
• Sales and Product Management Team daily support to make profitable pricing decision
• Workflows approvals: Smart Codes, New Customer, NPI Workflows
• Price Book preparation
• Partner with commercial/sales to better understand the pricing landscape on the assigned regions
• Process management and adherence for price requests
• Proactive dirty order management & clean-up
Support the Pricing manager with the following:
• Support Pricing Manager in maintaining overall profitability in the region by optimizing the Price/ Volume trade-off with minimal price erosion
• To own and understand metrics for their area of responsibility… e.g. SPI, volume impact from price, to SPR’s and other dynamics to set clarity for the respective regions
• Implement and monitor price increases / standard and special pricing
• Running special price analysis (PLR Sales and Margin - BI Business Intelligence) to own and monitor trends

Wymagania

Qualifications/Requirements:

• College / University degree (Marketing, Economics)
• Working experience, preferably in a multinational environment – nice to have
• Sharp analytical skills and process-driven
• Very good command of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Industry, market and customer knowledge are a clear asset
• Able to communicate and operate at all levels
• Strong relationship builder and assertive, good facilitation and influencing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and English&Italian for second role
• Autonomy / Doer / Drive change / Energize
• Flexible, tenacious
• Organized / reliable sense to priority
• Business acumen
• Creative, able to develop and implement innovative ideas
• Possibility of remote work
