Pricing Analyst / Senior Analyst / Team Manager
Our Partner, a prestigious pharmaceutical organization, due to setting up their Shared Services Structures in Warsaw is building a new Pricing team.
Depending on previous experience and qualifications gained within Revenue / Pricing area, the successful candidate will join the new team as a Pricing Analyst, Senior Analyst or Team Leader/ Manager.

Description
Pricing / Senior Pricing Analyst
- Creating and updating pricing conditions and rebates commercial agreements and conditions in S/4 HANA on-time and according to agreed procedures
- Timely resolution of Pricing queries
- Prepare process documentation and participate in testing and training, as required
- Analyze process area & data quality to ensure optimal efficiency and, if applicable, initiate change initiatives to improve the process and data quality
- Support global/regional O2C projects which influence the accurate, efficient & compliant Pricing processing and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA
- Support the overall O2C Pricing Team by demonstrating flexibility in providing cover for team members and training of new team members
- Providing regular as well as ad hoc reports
- Maintaining close cooperation with other departments
- Participating in implementing new technologies (e.g. SAP)
- Being involved in pricing process knowledge trasfer from abroad (mainly remotely)
Pricing Team Leader / Manager
- Setting up and managing the Pricing team (6-10 FTEs)
- Overseeing pricing process knowledge transfer from abroad (mainly remotely)
- Creating a continuous improvement culture
- Actively involved in implementing new technologies / systems (e.g. SAP)
- Vast exposure to project management
Profile
- Experience in Revenue / Pricing Management / Rebates area
- Knowledge of SAP modules (is an asset)
- Degree in Finance/Accounting (or equivalent work experience)
- Fluency in English is a must, other language will be an asset
- Advance knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience in transition of operations will be an asset
- Experience in Start-Up or dynamic environment will be an asset
- Experience in SAP implementation (is an asset)
- Proactive mindset with experience in analysis and problems solving
- Ability to prioritize and complete key tasks and deliverables
- For Team Leader / Manager role: mandatory experience in team management
