For an international, premium brand spirit producer, we are currently looking for a person to take the position of Premium Brand Manager who will join Marketing Department of the company in Warsaw and will be responsible for marketing of selected spirit brands.
Your new role
The person we are currently looking for will be responsible for comprehensive marketing activities in Poland. Brand Manager will manage communication strategy (PR, digital/social media, influencers) of premium spirits brands. Brand Manager will be responsible for supporting distributors and partners by preparing marketing and promotional materials (POS), BTL activities (organizing loyalty programs, events, presentations). Premium Brand Manager will collaborate with regional and global Marketing Team as well as local partners. Brand Manager will be responsible for planning, developing and execution of marketing strategy and coordinate of 2 Brand Ambassadors.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with experience in marketing of premium brands: strong digital and social media expertise as well as experience in trade marketing field. Experience in similar position is necessary. Moreover, fluent English and Polish are necessary. We are looking for candidates who are well-organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented, communicative and creative. Good candidate has the ability to work across sales and marketing teams as well as manage multiple projects. We are looking for person who is willing to learn and develop her-/himself as well as travel (travels will take about 20% of work time). This is a chance for candidates who feel and understand market of luxury goods and wants to develop and create an image of the premium brands.
