Our client is a leading, global e-commerce with a dominant presence across a dozen western markets. Their motto is to provide the most advanced and comprehensive e-shopping experience possible and remain the most customer-centric company on the market.
Currently, they are looking for a PR Manager to support their Fulfillment Network based in Warsaw and take responsibility for all PR activities in the CEE region. This will include handling public opinion and shaping consumer awareness of the brand all the while cementing its lead position in the sector.
Opis stanowiska
* Refining and executing the company's PR strategy, ensuring its consistency across CEE markets
* Shaping and monitoring customer, media and employee opinion
* Working closely with company management and acting upon their instruction
* Working proactively with external PR agencies and helping shape positive brand awareness
* Planning and executing press releases and overall press relations
* Effectively representing the company as a spokesperson
* Managing all social media content
* Developing and executing external communications programs on various initiatives (working with national and local media outlets)
Profil kandydata
* Have solid PR experience, ideally gained whilst working for global companies and/or in international settings
* Have native-like English language skills
* Have communications experience with Internet, technology, retail and/or transportation companies
* Be a strong communicator across all levels of management
* Have the ability to exercise high judgment, particularly in narrow timeframes
* Think and communicate clearly - the ability to formulate a clear of point of view on complicated issues and create a concise and well-written narrative to express it
* Deal with ambiguity - form a cohesive and effective outcome from potentially incongruous facts (or lack thereof) and individual perspectives
* Roll up sleeves and get work done, even when at times it's outside the scope of the job
* Pay painstaking attention to important details
* Have excellent writing skills
* Have experience developing creative, effective approaches to difficult communications challenges
* Have an autonomous personality, drive to go an extra mile and multitasking skills
* Be able to demonstrate company loyalty
