HRK is partnering with international FMCG company to offer an exciting opportunity in POS Materials Management in EMEA region.
POSM Materials Manager EMEAMiejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
Coordinates POS orders, deliveries (dates & quantities) with producers and countries,
Creates PO requests, controls PO approval and payment process internally (with Countries and Finance Team),
Manages any ad hoc needs and issues (quality etc),
Holds weekly POS status updates with countries,
Updates POS list & specifications for warehousing of existing POS materials,
Seeks opportunities for cost reduction (approved producers, materials, designs),
Seeks opportunities to improve POS process (shorten lead times),
Coordinates tests of effectiveness in group of countries and shares recommendations,
Creates biweekly EMEA POS tracker (revision of plan, implementation, orders and deliveries, forward stock, budget). Follows up with the markets regarding next steps,
Verifies POS quantities and phasing vs BP,
Manages regional buffer to support countries in unpredictable situations.
The Successful Applicant:
We are looking for passionate and driven FMCG POSM experts with the below skills and experience:
Track record of success and tangible achievements in POSM management in dynamic environment (FMCG, OTC, consumer goods),
Proficcient English user,
Excellent relationship builder,
Solid negotiation skills,
Forecasting & Data & trend analysis
