Our Client is a German company, a leader on this market with impressive expansion strategy within the next years. Currently, as the office in Krakow is growing we are looking for professionals experienced within Portfolio Management or Risk Control.
Your main tasks would be:
• evaluating the Due Diligence - responsibility for the connection of outsourcing partners
• meeting investment objectives through asset allocation investing and strategies that fit the portfolio owner
• effective management of current outsourcing activities
• supervising the proxy voting activity (internal and external) and EMIR
• organize periodic service reviews/ due diligence meetings with group-internal and third party service providers including on-site visits
• maintaining client relationships - regular contact with departments, partners regarding non-loan business
• contribute in managing the Service Level Agreements (SLA) with service providers in order to oversee the quality of the care rendered and boost operational
• review of KPIs from all appropriate Portfolio Managers
We are looking for professionals with previous experience in Portfolio Management or Risk Control who speak very good English. Ability to work independently, being precise and great communication skills are also necessary.
