Client Details
Our Client is an international technology company focused on global digital health&wellbeing market. More than 600 employees work across Europe in UK, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and other countries. Currently we are looking for a Manager of the Polish HUB which supports 3 portfolio companies and is expected to employ around 30 people next year (current headcount is 10). The majority of the employees would be relocated and don't speak Polish. The manager ensures quality, integrity and stability of the back-office function in Poland.
Description
- Establishing and maintaining key processes in employment and business operations area: hiring and dismissals, relocation, payroll, benefits, legal issues. We do not expect the Manager to be an expert in all of those fields. The company uses external consultants and internal legal and finance team when and where required;
- Ensuring compliance with local labor regulation, interacting with local government offices when needed;
- Acting as a single point of contact for existing and new employees on all country-specific matters;
- Assisting with relocation and further legalization in Poland;
- Organizing document flow according to company's standards
- Managing local contracts: office rent, office equipment etc.
Profile
- Finance, legal or business administration education;
- 5+ years of experience in international companies (preferably from technology sector) in either back-office, business administration, accounting, tax or people operations;
- English level B2 or above;
- Personality traits: organized, structured, able to learn quickly, good communicator.
