We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

PMO Specialist

Miejsce pracy: Kraków

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist our management, project teams and operation teams on daily controlling, financial and administrative duties
  • Responsible for department and projects budgeting
  • Resource planning
  • Invoice payment process
  • Department administration (i.e. HR cases, immigration,timesheets)
  • Helping with recruitment (i.e. contacting recruitment agencies)
  • Organizing meetings, team events
  • Analysis of data, reports preparation, presentation and many others for needs for senior management

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience in financial institution or IT
  • Experience as Personal Assistance – nice to have
  • Advance in Excel
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Very good communication skills
  • Experience with dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work within international environment
