PLM Coordinator
The PLM Coordinator is:
- Doing support level 2 for PLM community (including trainings on the application, documentation update, best practices).
- Working on the preparation of new PLM application (specifications, testing, training preparation).
- Working on the migration from legacy PLM to new PLM (specifications, testing, roll out preparation). He belongs to the R&D DSE CAD/PLM department of Faurecia Seating business group.
Responsibilities:
- Support level 2 on legacy PLM (ENOVIA V6 2009x):
- PLM training and user support worldwide (documentations, methodologies, best practices).
- Organization and definition of data structures and interfaces for/between the different tools.
- Data setting regarding the needs of the different customer divisions.
- PLM access rights management.
- CAD -> PLM Integration (CATIAV5, NX-UG).
- Interface between Engineering IT support level 3 and R&D users for problem correction.
- Manage the database of requests for corrections / improvements.
- Tooling management support on EnoviaV6 2013x for user community based in Grojec and Caligny (France): Trainings of users and administration of the application.
- On new PLM application: Working on the specifications for main PLM modules of ENOVIAV6 2015x platform like:
- CATIA V5 integration;
- NX-UG integration;
- EBOM-CADBOM management;
- Data extraction scripts;
- Joint Venture and security context;
- To prepare and lead meetings on: - Workshop preparation (UAT, pilots, specification reviews, scenarios creation, etc…); - User Acceptance Tests follow-up.
The ideal candidate will have :
- Degree in engineering (Master diploma or equivalent), preferably with a specialization in CAD / PLM systems.
- Skills in PLM management and technologies, knowing at least one of the PLM major systems (Enovia, TCE, Windchill).
- Knowledge of support tools and procedures.
- Experience in Automotive industry preferably or in Transportation / Aerospace.
- Team player with strong communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.
- Ability to take initiative, rigor and reactivity.
- Technical English is required.
