For one of the largest automotive suppliers delivering advanced electrical and electronic, powertrain and safety technologies to vehicle manufacturers around the world we are currently looking for English speaking Quality Systems Manager.
The Quality Systems Manager's role is to ensure the plant organization complies with all required practices and procedures and assure compliance of the entire plant to the Quality Management System.
As the QS Manager you will be responsible for plan, direct and coordinate the activities of the department ensuring their efficiency, motivation of employees and compliance with deadlines. You will coordinate the creation of new processes and procedures to facilitate the implementation of Quality Systems. You will be responsible for submitting and complying with the annual and monthly budget of the department. Among your responsibilities will be as well coordinating the creation of new training programs and online training software, as well as coordinating Process and Product Audits. You will be expected to manage, coordinate and implement an Integrated Quality, Environment and Safety Management system in accordance with national, international and customer specific standards and support top management in the definition of quality, environment and safety policies. You will also define and coordinate the internal audit plan (system, process, housekeeping and environment).
To achieve success in this recruitment process you should have BS Electrical Engineering or a comparable engineering degree accompanied with well entrenched experience in a similar managerial position, preferably at an automotive supplier. You should demonstrate strong technical and business/economics knowledge and very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
