Currently we are supporting new greenfield project in Wrocław area.
For our Client, international production company, who is about to establish new production site, we are looking for Plant Manager who will be a key person engage in building new organisation.
The main goal of the position will be to work with the Project Manager of the new plant construction project and the HR Manager aiming at building the new organization structures from scratch. The future Plant Manager will be one of the key people who will be responsible for the strategic development of the plant. The Person employed on that position will be responsible for management of the future production plant with full P&L responsibility (planning, organization and management of subordinate employees- all n-1 managers including HR and Finance).
Ideal Candidate should have the experience as Plant Manager of the production company. Having a knowledge and experience in production processes like machining, welding, assembly and painting would be beneficial. Besides experience in greenfield project would be an asset. Knowledge of issues in the field of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM would be highly appreciated. Besides, higher technical education and knowledge of English is a necessary condition. . We are looking for person who is focused on achieving goals and is having a decision making skills. Someone who have (supported by experience) high leadership skills (including motivating the team, planning work, problem solving etc.) and its building relation based on trust is highly appreciated.
