Currently for our client, Tier 1 company from the automotive industry we are looking for experienced candidates for the Plant Manager position.
The Person employed on that position will be responsible for management of a production plant (planning, organization and management of subordinate employees). The principal tasks of the director are (among others) implementation of the production plan, solving current technical and quality problems, determining and conducting optimization activities, defining the plant's budget, introduce new projects and TPM tools, lean manufacturing and so on due to managing a group of direct reports.
Ideal Candidate should have 10 years of experience in automotive area and also few years as Plant Manager. Knowledge of issues in the field of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM would be highly appreciated. Besides, higher technical education and knowledge of English or English and German at a very good level is a necessary condition. Experience in welding process would be a huge plus. We are looking for person who is focused on achieving goals and can make quick decision. Someone who have (supported by experience) high leadership skills (including motivating the team, planning work, problem solving etc.) and can work under time pressure, who is involved and shows initiative. We need person who will take responsibility for the given task.
