Plant Manager - FMCG
Manage day-to-day operations including quality, production and supply chain in food manufacturing factory. Plant Manager is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

Our client is a market leader in its branch - FMCG food sector. Production plant is located in Tricity.
Description

Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing and distribution of goods. Monitor performance and implement improvements.
- Ensure high and up to the specification quality of products. Take corrective actions whenever necessary to prevent any damage. Manage audits, quality standards (fi. IFS, BRC) and potential claims.
- Review financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Prepare and control operational budgets. Control inventory. Plan effective strategies for the financial well-being of the company.
- Monitor and coordinate company activities and ensure compliance with company procedures, local law and regulations.
- Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary.
- Organize and support recruitment and placement of required staff. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules. Supervise staff. Monitor, evaluate and develop performance.
Profile
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in the similar position
- Master's Degree in Operations, Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production and manufacturing processes - preferably in medium size company in food sector (cereal/grain or similar is an advantage)

Proven leadership experience. Ability to motivate and guide team members throughout the organization, and to maintain efficient and productive work relationships
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize effectively while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- High level of competence and communication skills to be able to support different departments
- Experience in successful implementation and running of recognized process improvements
- Native polish language speaker and moderate to strong English spoken, written and presentation
- Excellent communication skills and clear focus in business profitability
- Practical knowledge of investment processes and regulations
- Highly knowledge of food quality standards as IFS, BRC
