Zakres obowiązków:
Main activities:
- Ensuring accurate and timely recording and reporting of the regular monthly, quarterly and annual financial/operating results
- Evaluating financial implications of various strategic decisions, building scenarios and recommending actions
- Ensuring high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules
- Monitoring the financial performance of the business in plant area, detect and quantify risks and opportunities
- Providing financial analysis, interpretation of variance from budgets and standards and advice to management
- Preparing and coordinating the annual budgeting process for plant operations
- Proposing improvements to systems, methods of work and analysis methods
- Working in close relationship with other functions in the company
Oczekiwania:
Requirements:
- Master degree with at least 5 years relevant experience in plant controlling
- University degree in Finance or similar field
- Excellent organizational & analytical skills
- Pro-active and innovative approach and recommendations towards solutions
- Good understanding of efficiency and client satisfaction measurement indicators ( KPIs)
- Good understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- Good understanding of the business of the Company
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to both peers and management
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken)
