Plant Controller (m/f)
This is an offer for candidates who are willing to start their carrier as a plant controller - being a no 1 person in finance within the plant, reporting to Group CFO abroad.

Description
- Strategic business partner of the manufacturing team.
- Responsible for accounting, financial reporting, fixed asset accounting, inventory management, forecasting,
- cost accounting, forecasting, and related analytical analysis.
- Responsible for the monthly financial closing process, as well as, updating the monthly key performance
- metrics report and daily operation report.
- Ensure that internal controls are appropriately designed and operating effectively, timely updated and
- accountable for the deploy of escalation process in case of deviations.
- Responsible for fixed asset accounting, including capital project reviews, asset capitalization and the physical
- inventory of fixed assets.
- Accountable for inventory management, ensuring that the plant's inventory controls are adequate, reconciling
- inventory balances monthly, identifying overage and aging material issues, and coordinating periodic physical
- inventories.
- Responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and variance analysis on costing activities.
- Performs all other functions as required; included are any work assignments relating to the efficient flow of
- work within company
Profile
- Strong Accounting/GAAP knowledge
- Advanced/expert knowledge of Microsoft Office with a heavy emphasis on Excel (database extraction,
- creation and use of complex formulas and functions, pivot table creation and maintenance, etc.)
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organisational and analytical skills
- Advanced communication & supervisory skills
- Maintain a team-oriented working environment that allows for individual differences and provides for
- individual growth
- Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to communicate changes and gain buy in for change
- Unwavering integrity
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a manufacture environment
- 3 - 5 years of previous supervisory experience to include general & cost accounting
- Experience with Microsoft Office software
