We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Planning & Resource Officer
Location: Kraków
Key Accountabilities:
Support the process for resource management
Maintain global view of current and planned resource allocations
Support production of resource MI requirements
Support governance forums for resource prioritization
Identify and escalate resource conflicts and constraints that require management attention
Ongoing maintenance of global Clarity allocations via the central inbox and associated tools.
Monitor adherence to timesheet compliance and escalate non-compliance
Balancing sometimes conflicting requirements of global, regional and country based priorities
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of resource management concepts
Good understanding of frameworks, methodologies and best practice techniques
Good understanding and operational knowledge of Group Transformation toolsets (e.g. Clarity, SharePoint)
Understanding of the purpose, culture and fundamentals of the Group Transformation
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
Proven ability to work with internal stakeholders
Good understanding, analysing and interpreting skills when working with information (both financial or non-financial) and variance reporting
Fluent English
Self-driven and independent
Strong organisational skills,
Able to work under stress and pressure
