ROLE DESCRIPTION
This position is for a member of the Supply Chain Team. Through your previous experience in Supply Chain, you know how to improve processes. You are precise and creative, solving problems as they occur. It is also very important that you have experience in leading and coaching the planning team to make sure everything runs smoothly.
What is key to this role is personality: if you have the right positive mindset, are creative and bring a problem-solving mentality, you will be an interesting candidate for this client.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead development and implementation of Supply Chain Information Systems
- Develop continuous improvement
- Report the KPI's of the team
- Coach team members
- liaise with the strategic planning
- resolves demand & supply reconciliation issues
- Lead and participate in several projects
- Be in contact with stakeholders internally and externally
REQUIREMENTS
- Over 6 years of experience in Supply Chain
- Over 3 years of experience in leading a team
- Experience in the FMCG industry
- Bachelor or Master degree preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration
- Excellent communication skills in English
