• Direct activities within the business area to meet customer requirements.
• Accurate cost effective Information delivery/customer inquiry processing.
• Implements concepts and tools of QIS (meeting customer requirements, cost of ownership, cost of quality, defect prevention, responsibility for own work and zero defects).
• People management experience
• Experience with managing 3rd party logistics
• Fluent English
