For one of our Clients, AstraZeneca - Global Pharmaceutical Company in Warsaw, we are currently looking for Personal Assistants who would like to develop their skills and gain more experience working in a team providing support to the managers.
Personal Assistant will join the global Business Support Office team, located in the modern business centre in Warsaw and will be responsible for remote support dedicated to the company's top management located in the Sweden.
The key tasks in this role will be a professional administration support for high-level managers: preparing administrative and office activities, provide adequate admin support to the managers, managing managers’ calendars, coordinates meetings, organise business travel arrangements with regards to business, expense management, managing documentation, preparation of high standard presentations and internal communication, effective communication with local and regional business units in Sweden. The Personal Assistant will also support the implementation of various projects in the preparation of documentation, organisation project group meetings and support in the HR team in the area of internal communication management and updating the team structure.
From candidates we expect administration, assistant or related experience, proficiency in Swedish (necessary condition) and very good English. We are looking for candidates ready to work in an international environment and daily contact with managers from many countries, very good work organisation, high personal culture, experienced in business-level communication and orientation to teamwork.
