For our Client, software company from Wrocław we are searching for Performance Test Engineer.
Your new role
Working as the Performance Test Engineer you will produce and execute test strategies and test plans for performance tests using JMeter and other tools, produce and execute strategies for preparing test data and assure high-quality standards to support medical device certification. Moreover, you will work with Product and Project Managers to define and document the scope of testing for a large-scale service and define and implement appropriate metrics for products, services, and the Test Team. Additionally, you will plan and coordinate the testing effort to meet delivery timelines and communicate with clients and team members to define and agree on acceptance criteria, ensure appropriate test strategy adoption and address technical issues.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate should have the ability to plan and drive performance testing strategy, good theoretical knowledge about performance, stress, load tests and good practical knowledge about performance testing tools like – JMeter, Gatling, Grinder, PerfCake, WebLOAD, NeoLoad or other. We are looking for candidates with at least two years’ experience in the field of Quality Assurance (testing, writing and executing test plans)and Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Electronics. Relevant candidate should possess ability to work with GIT, GitLab and knowledge of object programming languages (at least one) e.g: Java, C#, Python etc. Knowledge of relational database (SQL), experience with Excel, VBA or other scripting languages and Unix/Linux system (shell scripts, log analysis) will be highly valuable. Performance Test Engineer should be able to communicate in English.
