This is a true HR partner role to the business, covering a broad range of HR areas with the aim of crafting a work environment and conditions and culture that supports the performance and engagement of our people. Your role will include leadership coaching and development, organization optimisation, talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, learning and development and other HR initiatives/programs.

Your primary focus will be on supporting the Central European region (Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Slovakia). Other regions and teams may be included in this portfolio at a later time. You will report into the Senior People & Culture Partner for North and Central Europe and you will be an integral part of the European People & Culture team.

Ideal role for candidates with several years of experience in international companies with strong focus on: coaching, D&I, challenging "natural way of thinking", hr business partnering, focus on change: behaviour and mindset but also experience and understanding of processes in Shared Service Center will be an asset. Role is fully operational with "hands on" approach.

Four Our Client, well known real estate company a European leader in their sectors because of growth, we are looking for a person for the new role of Senior HR Business Partner (Region) based in Warsaw (city center).

Description

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the regional teams, the challenges they face and the future direction they take.
  • Facilitate discussions that drive the mindset and behavioural change towards increased effectiveness, efficiency and cross-functional collaboration with a focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Review current work practices, identify, and execute opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Align and cascade Global and European HR initiatives to fit at local level;
  • Work with the leadership team on projects and initiatives to strengthen the various functions within the region including: organisation structure design, HR resource planning, talent mapping, leadership development etc.
  • Support HR-related communications rollouts for your region.
  • Provide direction on talent management and development; organisational structure and appropriate organizational change programs to support the growth of the business.
  • Support Diversity and Inclusion interventions to raise awareness, encourage open and honest conversations and allow our people to be themselves at work. Initiating, developing and cultivating employee relationships and building insight into how our people feel and what's important to them.

Profile

  • At least 5 years working experience as an HRBP, HR Manager or comparable;
  • Experience in an international company,
  • HR shared services centre experience; but also in different organisations;
  • Thrives in ambiguity and collaborative settings;
  • Experience with a variety of HR processes and ability to apply the latest HR trends to practice
  • Good judgment and ability to balance the needs of the company and employees;
  • Good organization and project management skills.
