Our client is a global pharmaceutical company located in Poznan, where it is building a new regional People Services Centre.

Your new role
Currently we are recruiting a candidate for the role of Process & Systems Lead - Payroll & Workforce Analytics. The purpose of this role is to act as Champion, Owner, and Custodian of the Global HR Systems from a Payroll and Workforce Analytics standpoint. In doing so, the you will be responsible for the system process design and it will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.

Main responsibilities:
• Maintain the integrity of the Workday system, partner with the Process and Value Lead to initiate change requests, develop and present system changes to the relevant governance bodies for review and approval;
• Manage all Workday and other Payroll system upgrades, deciding what new functionality to implement and leads the change in partnership with Tech;
• Partner with the GPO to create a 2-3 year systems strategy in their areas, including small and medium system changes responding to cost, VOC, or controls needs;
• Monitor system adoption, drive the business towards common, standard global solutions, in particular normalizing the Target Operating Model for Payroll, ensuring third parties are rationalized and provide similar services;
• Assess and articulate business requirements, analyses design options, seek out and assess solution simplification opportunities where business case justification exists;
• Ensure that the systems remain compliant with legal and fiscal or regulatory requirements across countries;
• Build relationships and influence at a senior level (with key HR Country Heads and in country Payroll teams, the People and Data Analytics Team, and the Hub Leads and their Payroll teams);
• Using available process adherence technology, review deviations in business processes and work with the GPO team and wider HR to understand the validity of the deviations;
• Partner with the Tech Product Owners to understand new technology opportunities in the marketplace.

What you'll need to succeed
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a role connected to the Payroll with an overall 10+ years of experience around HR/systems;
• Fluent spoken and written command of English language;
• Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or other HR systems;
• Senior relationship management and stakeholder management;
• Large scale business transformation experience in a global company;
• Sound understanding of process simplification and standardization and proven experience in global process and systems roll-outs;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexibly within a matrix team;
• Understanding/use of Agile Ways of Working and Scrum/Kanban Delivery;
• Understand best practices of Payroll and Workforce Analytics solution within the HR space, including third party integrations and sourcing models.
