For our Client, one of the international tobacco industry leaders, we are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist.
Your new role
You will be responsible for clearing payroll of employees and civil contracts in compliance with legal regulations, making deductions from payroll, calculating amounts of contributions and prepaid tax, providing information in the form of official letters, reports and declarations for public institutions (ZUS, GUS, PFRON, Tax Office), performing cost calculations of additional benefits taking into account the applicable tax regulations, and analyzing legal regulations. Other tasks of Payroll Specialist will include ensuring validation and circulation of HR documents related to the employment process and maintenance of personnel files, controlling and accounting for employees' working time, coordinating the social fund, cooperation with external companies in the coordination of pension and life insurance, and preparing statements, reports and analyses in the field of payroll administration for the Company.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll need to have a bachelor’s degree (finance, economy, accounting, or related field), at least 2-3 years of professional experience in payroll, profound knowledge and broad experience in the area of labor law, personnel procedures and regulations concerning the Social Fund, and good knowledge of compensation and benefit and related tax issues. Communicative English (min. B2 level) is a must. The ideal candidate is communicative with highly developed organizational skills. Experience with SAP HR will be a great asset.
