Payroll Specialist
Miejsce pracy: KrakówResponsibilities:
- Correct and timely calculation of wages and other components of remuneration for employees
- Preparing and submitting declarations and reports to ZUS
- Creating and maintaining personnel files and other documents for legal purpose (employment contracts, contracts of mandate, contract extension, work certificates)
- Prepare legally required and requested documents for employees (PIT, RMUA etc.)
- Social Security applications (ZUA, ZWUA, etc.), monthly PFRON reports, GUS reports
- Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of HR operations in line with labor and payroll code for the entities in scope,
- Acting as a point of contact for labor and payroll matters, ensuring day-to-day HR administration support to employees
- Prepare payroll and payroll cost reports for accounting department
- Preparing and maintaining HR statistics reports
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of work experience in Polish payroll environment
- Minimum bachelor degree or equivalent (Economy, Accounting, Finance)
- Practical knowledge of Polish labor law, social security and tax rules in a payroll area
- Proven experience with working time regulation in Poland would be an asset
- Knowledge and working experience of Excel
- Very good command of English
- Attention to details and analytical skills
- Ability to work in international environment
