Payroll Specialist with Spanish - afternoon shift
Our Client, a pharmaceutical company with an SSC in Warsaw is now looking for a Payroll Specialist with Spanish to join their organisation. The person on this position will be responsible for the LATAM region.

Description
- day-to-day payroll administration
- responsible for the LATAM countries - contacting the local HR administration teams
- preparation monthly payrolls according to the schedule and supervising the process
- preparing the documentation to support monthly payroll
- investigating and correcting errors in case of system or process issues
- vendor management - cooperating with external units in payroll processes
- working with internal and external audit teams
Profile
- Fluent in English and Spanish (at least on a B2 level)
- Bachelor's Degree (minimum) in HR, Finance, IT or related field.
- Experience in processing international payroll is an advantage
- Attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines
