Currently, our client - an international company planning to open a new Shared Service Center providing payroll and finance services for European countries, seeking to recruit: Payroll Specialist with German. Location: Poznan in Poland
Within this role, you will be required to ensure that personnel administration / payroll processes are in line with country specific requirements, and internal auditing requirements, evaluate and monitor the quality of the delivered services and support continuous improvement of processes and initiatives, actively participate in local HR projects. You will be responsible for providing customer-focused services, striving for efficiency and simplicity together with the personnel administration team. One of your duties will be as well taking an active role in coaching and developing Junior PA/PY staff, making simulation of salaries, preventing, controlling and correcting potential errors in payroll calculation.
The successful candidate will have proven customer orientation and passion for providing exceptional service to the business, proven working experience in payroll process (certificated, if possible), strong communication and organization skills. Advanced German and English language skills are required.
